Dr. Rostyslav Semikov is a former practicing medical doctor with over eight years of experience in the procurement of biological samples for research use. His education includes a Master of Science in Global Health Science from Oxford University (UK) and a Medical Doctor from Zaporozhye State Medical University (Ukraine). His previous work experience includes general medical practice, public health management, international healthcare affairs, and head of development at European biobanking CRO. He is well-versed in all aspects of prospective procurement projects and serves as the authority on feasibility for all Audubon Bioscience projects. Dr. Semikov is leading the company’s expansion into different countries by finding country managers, training, and advising on project execution.

Dr. Alla Semikova is a co-founder and Board Member of Audubon Bioscience. She graduated from Voronezh State Medical University named after N.N. Burdenko in Voronezh, Russia with a Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry degree and attended residency there. She then moved to Kyiv, Ukraine, where she specialized in therapeutic dentistry at the Shupyk National Medical Academy of Postgraduate Education. In 2016-2018 Alla worked as a general dentist at “Stomatology 24h” and “Smile Studio” dental clinics, then in 2018-2020 as a periodontist at “ESTE-line” dental clinic.

Olena has 12+ years of experience and before joining Audubon Bioscience worked at top-tier Ukrainian law firms advising both international and local clients and leading a group of lawyers. Olena holds a Masters’ Degree in Law from the National University of Ostroh Academy (Ukraine). Olena focuses on M&A, corporate and commercial law, and also has an extensive experience in structuring and supporting various cross-border transactions. Since 2021, Olena has been listed in the Best Lawyers Directory as a recognized expert in Mergers and Acquisitions Law in Ukraine and was recommended lawyer in commercial, corporate and M&A, The Legal 500: EMEA 2021.

Ivan Mykhalchuk holds a Master’s Degree in Law from the National University of Ostroh Academy (Ukraine) and is an alumni (2001-2002) of FLEX program (USA). He practiced for more than 13 years in a top-tier law firm and the biggest investment company in Ukraine, focusing on transactions, M&A, finance, and healthcare. Mr. Mykhalchuk joined Audubon Bioscience as a General Counsel where he oversaw the business’s legal matters and provided legal guidance to the upper management. From 2023 he obtains the position of Chief Operating Officer.

Alexey Yudchenko has over 19 years of experience in corporate HR. He was head of the HR department for a supermarket chain, Billa Ukraine, and was leading the HR agenda as a Regional HR Manager for Central Europe & Ukraine in Amadeus (IT/Travel company). Alexey was developing the HR function in AIR Media Tech (online video company) in the role of HR Director. At Audubon Bioscience, Alexey is responsible for recruitment, training & development, performance management, compensation & benefits, HR administration and corporate culture. Alexey has a Specialist degree in Finance from Kyiv Slavonic University (Ukraine) and a Master of Arts in Organizational Leadership from Azusa Pacific University (USA).

Trinh holds a B.Sc. in Biochemistry from the University of Houston and also an MBA from the same university as well as ASQ certification in Six Sigma Green Belt.

Alexandra Giardina graduated from Louisiana State University (LSU) with a Bachelor’s of Science in Biological Sciences and Minor in Chemistry. She has 4 years of experience in neurosignaling physiology research and 8 years of experience in cancer research and clinical application of biobanking. She also has 8 years of biorepository management experience with a focus on fresh tissue procurement. Alex's main interests are in tumor morphology, etiology and pathogenesis within different demographic populations. She received a Master's degree in Anatomic Pathology from Tulane University School of Medicine and also practices as a Pathologists' Assistant. Her intent is to foster more efficient collaborations between researchers, surgeons and pathologists. She currently leads the operation of Audubon Bio’s New Orleans office in the United States.

Anastasiia Popova has more than five years of experience in the research setting. Through training and education, she has become well-versed in coordinating and conducting brain imaging and behavioral studies while also managing complex data. Liudmyla has over 20 years of experience in sales & marketing in big pharma companies. She obtained an M.D. degree from Vinnytsia National Medical University (Ukraine), PhD degree in 2005 and an MBA degree from International Finance University (Ukraine). Before joining Audubon, Liudmyla worked as Business Unit Head at AstraZeneca, CIS Marketing Manager at Santen and CIS Therapeutic Area Lead at Abbott. As a Ukraine Country Manager Liudmyla is managing the company's operations in Ukraine, including the accurate and timely execution of all feasible projects and related ongoing support and infrastructure building activities (i.e. establishing clinical sites, hiring sufficient personnel, biospecimen management, and project fulfillment to customers).

Gergana sets up an Audubon Bioscience country operation in Bulgaria for business implementation and coordination of its projects. Inessa provided the Sales and Marketing Team of the affiliate with the leadership and direction to achieve sales, local margin and market share goals, future direction for new products and business opportunities. Dr. Oleg Kokhanenko received his Medical Doctor degree from Zaporozhye State Medical University (Ukraine). He practiced as a neurological intensive care physician at the city stroke center and taught at the department of Zaporozhye State Medical University about nervous diseases. In 2014 Dr. Kokhanenko moved to Georgia to work on shock wave therapy and became a representative of the Swiss enterprise, Storz Medical, in the Caucasus. Since 2016, he has led and strengthened Audubon Bio’s presence in the Caucasus region (countries of Georgia, Armenia, Azerbaijan). Since 2019 he has directed the CSD-Georgia pathomorphological laboratory, which significantly contributes to increasing the quality of diagnostics for patients and collection of biological samples for research purposes.

Bohdana Shkurupii received her Medical Degree in 2015 at the Ukrainian Medical Stomatological Academy. After graduating, she worked as a pathologist at Cherkasy Regional Hospital’s pathology department. Since 2018, she has been at the Department of Pathology at Bogomolets National Medical University. She joined Audubon in 2019 as a Pathologist and Biobank manager. Since 2020, she has acted as Audubon’s Senior Key Account Manager and in 2022 she was appointed Head of Feasibility and Optimization. He is the co-author of the monograph "Training and assessment of the competence of the staff of clinical diagnostic laboratories according to the requirements of international standards" and author of 4 articles in international publications. While studying at school and university, he was professionally fond of sports, archery, is the Champion of Europe, multiple Champion of Ukraine and multiple laureate of international competitions. Volodymyr Kravchenko has over 11 years of legal experience. Volodymyr worked at the law firm where he was leading Immigration Law, Corporate & Business Support practices. He was advising foreign clients on various legal matters in Ukraine, including launching and conducting business activities, immigration questions, and regulatory compliance for nonprofit organizations. Volodymyr graduated from Kyiv National University of Trade and Economics (Ukraine) with a Master’s degree in Law and also holds a Ph.D. degree in Law. Halyna Chytaieva graduated from Bogomolets National Medical University (Kyiv, Ukraine) and completed a pathology internship. She has vast experience as a pathologist while also teaching in pathology and acting as laboratory staff within scientific projects. Dr. Chytaieva is also head of the statistics department in a Primary Medical Care City Center. In 2020, Halyna Chytaieva joined the Audubon Bioscience team as a Biobank Manager. One of Anna’s main motivations is the feeling of being involved in something useful and meaningful. Anna became a part of Audubon’s team in 2020 as Supplies and Logistics Manager because of her alignment with Audubon’s mission and core values. Jennifer Cvitanovic graduated from the University of New Orleans (UNO) with a Bachelor’s of Science in Biological Sciences and a Minor in Chemistry. She also graduated from Louisiana State University Health Sciences Center in New Orleans (LSUHSC-NO) with a Masters of Science in Human Genetics. She has over 15 years of experience in molecular genetics, data management, cancer research, and biobanking/biorepository management. Jennifer is most interested in translational research and encouraging bench to bedside projects. She currently leads the QA/QC operations of Audubon Bio’s New Orleans.

She then went on to earn her Masters in Public Health from Louisiana State University Health Sciences Center in 2017. She began working for the Louisiana Cancer Research Center in New Orleans, LA where she consented patients and collected oncological biospecimens for cancer research. She now serves at the US Project Coordinator assessing feasibility and managing projects.

Haley Walters graduated from Louisiana State University with a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Kinesiology and went on to earn her Master’s of Science degree in Anatomic Pathology. She is a certified Pathologists’ Assistant and has worked at some of America’’s leading cancer institutions. She has over 5 years of clinical research experience involving pharmaceutical, biological psychiatric, and central nervous system research. She now works with Audubon as a Clinical Partner Manager to manage all external samples sourcing efforts, including with biorepository vendors, academic institutions, private hospitals, and community oncology centers.
