Dr. Rostyslav Semikov is a former practicing medical doctor with over seven years of experience in the procurement of biological samples for research use. His education includes a Master of Science in Global Health Science from Oxford University (UK) and a Medical Doctor from Zaporozhye State Medical University (Ukraine). His previous work experience includes general medical practice, public health management, international healthcare affairs, and head of development at European biobanking CRO. He is well-versed in all aspects of prospective procurement projects and serves as the authority on feasibility for all Audubon Bioscience projects. Dr. Semikov is leading the company’s expansion into different countries by finding country managers, training, and advising on project execution.

Dr. Alla Semikova is a co-founder and Board Member of Audubon Bioscience. She graduated from Voronezh State Medical University named after N.N. Burdenko in Voronezh, Russia with a Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry degree and attended residency there. She then moved to Kyiv, Ukraine, where she specialized in therapeutic dentistry at the Shupyk National Medical Academy of Postgraduate Education. In 2016-2018 Alla worked as a general dentist at “Stomatology 24h” and “Smile Studio” dental clinics, then in 2018-2020 as a periodontist at “ESTE-line” dental clinic.

Ivan Mykhalchuk is a General Counsel with Audubon Bioscience where he oversees the business’s legal matters and provides legal guidance to the upper management. Mr. Mykhalchuk practiced for more than 13 years in a top-tier law firm and the biggest investment company in Ukraine, focusing on transactions, M&A, finance, and healthcare. Ivan graduated from the National University of Ostroh Academy (Ukraine) with a Master’s Degree in Law and is an alumni (2001-2002) of FLEX program (USA).

Alexey was developing the HR function in AIR Media Tech (online video company) in the role of HR Director. At Audubon Bioscience, Alexey is responsible for recruitment, training & development, performance management, compensation & benefits, HR administration and corporate culture. Alexey has a Specialist degree in Finance from Kyiv Slavonic University (Ukraine) and a Master of Arts in Organizational Leadership from Azusa Pacific University (USA).

He has a Bachelor’s degree in Microeconomics from the University of Trade and Economics (L’viv, Ukraine) and an MBA degree from Maine Business School (Orono, USA). Andriy is helping Audubon to develop and implement a client-centric, service-oriented revenue management strategy to maximize value to all the stakeholders.

Matthew Coe has 20+ years of diverse biotech experience in lab and function management, research, manufacturing, logistics, and clinical trial support. From multi-tasking with start-ups to decision-making with global organizations, Matthew has been an influential technical expert, project liaison, and people leader. He has driven large-scale implementations of new processes, documentation systems, capital technology, and IT platforms. With expertise in biospecimen management, storage, acquisition, and quality/regulatory considerations, he brings a strong presence to Audubon’s business development operations. Matthew holds a BS degree in Biology/Biochemistry and multiple certifications in management and leadership.

Jonathan Doyle has over 8 years of experience in the biotechnology and life sciences industries with roles in business development, research and development, and project strategy and management on a global scale. Jonathan received a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology and Neuroscience from the University of Florida followed by a Master of Science in Pharmacology from Georgetown University.

Dr. Tetiana Petrachkova graduated in Genetics from the Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv, Ukraine. Her academic career continued at Western Michigan University, where she graduated with a doctoral degree in Biological Sciences. Her work focused on cell cycle mutations and how they affect early embryogenesis. Tetiana’s research interests revolve around a thriving idea of personalized medicine using one’s genomic data. That is why her goal is to conduct biomedical research that will provide a more accurate diagnosis and treatment plans for patients. Dr. Petrachkova joined Audubon’s team in 2021 and is responsible for directing the company’s scientific research and development.

Trinh has many years of valuable experience in quality management at companies such as Baylor Genetics and Baylor College of Medicine. While at Baylor Genetics she played an important role in securing CLIA certification for a company branch in Japan. Trinh holds a B.Sc. in Biochemistry from the University of Houston and also an MBA from the same university as well as ASQ certification in Six Sigma Green Belt.

Alexandra Giardina graduated from Louisiana State University (LSU) with a Bachelor’s of Science in Biological Sciences and Minor in Chemistry. She has 4 years of experience in neurosignaling physiology research and 8 years of experience in cancer research and clinical application of biobanking. She also has 7 years of biorepository management experience with a focus on fresh tissue procurement. Alex's main interests are in tumor morphology, etiology and pathogenesis within different demographic populations. She received a Master's degree in Anatomic Pathology from Tulane University School of Medicine and also practices as a Pathologists' Assistant. Her intent is to foster more efficient collaborations between researchers, surgeons and pathologists. She currently leads the operation of Audubon Bio’s New Orleans office in the United States.

Anastasiia Popova has more than three years of experience in the research setting. She has a BA in Psychology from LCC International University and an MSc in Brain Imaging from the University of Nottingham. She has received testimony to her interpersonal communication skills and organizational skills, collaborating effectively with investigators, researchers, and clinicians. Through training and education, she has become well-versed in coordinating and conducting brain imaging and behavioral studies while also managing complex data. As a Director of Client Relations at Audubon Bioscience, she strives to utilize her skills to contribute to the worldwide research aimed at better health and wellbeing solutions.

Gergana sets up an Audubon Bioscience country operation in Bulgaria for business implementation and coordination of its projects. Her main responsibilities include managing clinical trials and collecting biobanking study data through the company’s strategic direction and goals.

Inessa provided the Sales and Marketing Team of the affiliate with the leadership and direction to achieve sales, local margin and market share goals, future direction for new products and business opportunities. Inessa also provided all types of county forecasting and reporting. Dr. Dmytro Urakov received his Medical Degree in 2003 at the Dnipropetrovsk Medical Academy and completed his internship in surgery in 2005. He has extensive experience in marketing strategies and working with pharmaceutical companies such as GSK, Bayer AG, and Alcon in the Ukraine. Dr. Urakov launched Audubon Bioscience subsidiary company in Ukraine in 2016 and is currently the Country Manager for Ukraine. He has vast experience in biospecimen trials and project management.

Dr. Oleg Kokhanenko received his Medical Doctor degree from Zaporozhye State Medical University (Ukraine). He practiced as a neurological intensive care physician at the city stroke center and taught at the department of Zaporozhye State Medical University about nervous diseases. In 2014 Dr. Kokhanenko moved to Georgia to work on shock wave therapy and became a representative of the Swiss enterprise, Storz Medical, in the Caucasus. Since 2016, he has led and strengthened Audubon Bio’s presence in the Caucasus region (countries of Georgia, Armenia, Azerbaijan). Since 2019 he has directed the CSD-Georgia pathomorphological laboratory, which significantly contributes to increasing the quality of diagnostics for patients and collection of biological samples for research purposes.

Pharmacist Reyhan Sarioglu Yildiz has more than six years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry. She occupied a senior executive role in clinical trials, business development, R&D, and technology transfer. She set up a direct country office in Turkey for business implementation and coordination of Audubon Bioscience’s projects. Her main responsibilities include managing clinical trials and collecting biobanking study data through the company’s strategic direction and goals.

He received his Medical degree from Sumy State Medical Institute Ukraine and holds a Master’s in Public Health from Ahmadu Bello University Nigeria. Dr. Okafor has worked as a Senior Medical Officer and performed various surgical operations with many clinics/hospitals in Nigeria Dr. Okafor has a strong passion for biomedical research and oversees Audubon Bio operations in the West Africa subregion. He doubles as the Nigeria Country Manager and coordinates biospecimen and data collection from collaborating clinics/institutions.

Zoltan Kovacs received his Medical Degree in 2014 at the Semmelweis University, Budapest (Hungary). His main responsibility is to set up research activities in Hungary, thus gaining a foothold for Audubon Bioscience projects within Central Europe.

Dr. William Lamptey has 15 years of experience as a Laboratory Technologist, 6 years experience in Surgery and over 10 years experience in research. Dr. Lamptey works as an Internal Medicine (Hypertension Specialist) and General surgery Medic. He has five years of experience in teaching Internal Medicine and Surgery. William is a consultant for Audubon’s biospecimen collections in Ghana and Malawi. He is a member of the European Society of Hypertension, European Society of Cardiology, a lifetime member of the Cardio-oncology council and a lifetime member of the Heart Failure Society. He is a member of the Malawi Surgical society, Ghana Medical association and Ukrainian National Hypertension Society. He holds multiple medical licenses from various countries In Europe, Africa, and the Americas.

Born and raised in Louisiana, Harvey obtained his Bachelors of Science in physics from Louisiana State University. From there he began pursuing a PhD in theoretical physics at UCLA. However, after a year in the program, his interests and drive began to shift more towards applied industries and Business Development. As an aspiring entrepreneur, Harvey’s interests lie in all aspects of Business Development as well as applications of AI and Machine Learning to industry and healthcare. He currently serves as Senior Client Manager for Audubon, and spearheads the company’s up-and-coming data science initiatives for early cancer detection and precision medicine.

She held a pediatrician position in the National Specialised Pediatric Hospital OHMATDET and worked as a medical translator. Tatiana joined Audubon Bioscience as a Key Account Manager in 2020. She is confident that research will help current clinical challenges. Her field of interests include pediatrics and evidence-based medicine.

Later on, she worked as a Country Supply Planner, supporting budgeted sales plan performance by effectively replenishing and supplying Crop Protection goods. Inna has a Master’s degree in International economics from Zaporizhzhya Classic Private University. In 2018, she completed the standalone module Supply Chain Strategy at the University of Warwick, UK. Inna joined Audubon Bioscience in 2020 as a Key Account Manager.

Bohdana Shkurupii received her Medical Degree in 2015 at the Ukrainian Medical Stomatological Academy. After graduating, she worked as a pathologist at Cherkasy Regional Hospital’s pathology department. Since 2018, she has been at the Department of Pathology at Bogomolets National Medical University. She joined Audubon in 2019 as a Pathologist and Biobank manager. Since 2020, she has acted as Audubon’s Senior Key Account Manager. Her general and oncological pathology knowledge helps her get a deeper understanding of researchers’ needs and coordinate their projects effectively.

She has extensive experience in logistics and clinical data analysis with three years as a lab technician and 9 years as a Research Sites Coordinator. She is a University of Michigan trained medical Interpreter and is fluent in three languages. Her passions are running, travel and photography.

Halyna Chytaieva graduated from Bogomolets National Medical University (Kyiv, Ukraine) and completed a pathology internship. She has vast experience as a pathologist while also teaching in pathology and acting as laboratory staff within scientific projects. Dr. Chytaieva is also head of the statistics department in a Primary Medical Care City Center. In 2020, Halyna Chytaieva joined the Audubon Bioscience team as a Biobank Manager. She works with biobanking samples, checking patients’ databases or medical records, and verifying pathologic diagnosis.

Alex enjoys working in a multicultural environment, and he joined Audubon Bioscience in January 2021 as part of the Quality Assurance system, handling samples from the collection stage to their delivery.

Anna Vedmedenko has a Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology from Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv. She worked as a research assistant in Guinti Psychometrics Ukraine and has experience in management, organization, coordination, and data collection from working in Neuroflex, a center for neuropsychological diagnostics. One of Anna’s main motivations is the feeling of being involved in something useful and meaningful. Anna became a part of Audubon’s team in 2020 as Supplies and Logistics Manager because of her alignment with Audubon’s mission and core values. She is responsible for managing supplies, developing and improving logistics processes, and coordinating equipment purchasing throughout Eurasia countries.
