Human BMMCs Samples
BMMCs from patients with hematological malignancies are regularly collected. Upon request, prospective collections from other indications and conditions can be organized.
Sample Collection and Storage
We collect viable BMMCs isolated from bone marrow aspirates. All samples are collected under IRB approval and in accordance with standard isolation protocols.
BMMCs are processed within 2-3 hours, and frozen within 4 hours of blood collection (in freezing media, containing 10% DMSO). The percentage of cell viability is verified before freezing and only vials with at least 95% viability are kept and stored at temperatures between -140°C and -180°C in vapor-phase of LN2. Audubon Bio guarantees at least 60% viability after proper thaw.
BMMCs Collection Formats
Each vial of bone marrow mononuclear cells contains at least 1×10*7 cells in classical freezing media, containing 10% DMSO. Upon request, cell concentration and freezing media can be customized.
Additional Laboratory Services
We can further support your projects by performing downstream analysis on the isolated BMMCs according to your custom needs and protocols.
Shipping of BMMCs Samples
Bone marrow mononuclear cells are shipped in vapor-phase LN2. From isolation to shipment, we guarantee the high quality of our BMMCs by handling them with care and avoiding all possible intermediate thawing events.
We are committed to organizing your collections and shipment in the most convenient manner and we take into account any specific requirements you might have.
