Supply Manager

Goal:

The goal of the role is to ensure that kits and all relevant supplies are provided in a timely manner, with appropriate quality and quantity for projects to run smoothly and effectively.

Job Duties:

• Prepare kits for every project assigned.
• Maintain detailed inventories of materials and supplies located in the company, at sites, and in the labs.
• Maintain the required quantity of supplies and materials to optimize production.
• Keep track of quality, quantity, stock levels, delivery times, transport costs and efficiency.
• Keep track of consumables inventories.
• Collaborate with the Financial department to optimize costs of the supply chain.
• Collaborate with the Client Relations department to calculate consumables required per project.
• Conclude contracts with contractors, vendors, courier companies etc. on behalf of the company. 
• Accept samples for storage 
• Participate in the collection of samples for shipment (find in the refrigerator, pack, etc.)

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in biomedical, pharmaceutical, or biology sciences or a related discipline is preferable.
• One year of experience at a similar relevant position required.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (good in Excel) and Google Workspace or related software.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills with a proven ability to create and maintain positive working relationships with vendors and suppliers.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Thorough understanding of company products and projects. 
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
